This assignment involved creating a beverage advertisement using fluid simulation in Blender. Inspired by the classic Shirley Temple drink, I developed a casino and burlesque-themed concept to capture a glamorous and theatrical aesthetic. The song "Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend" also served as a key source of inspiration, influencing the overall mood and visual direction of the project.
AFTERTHOUGHTS
This project explores a concept that I would love to continue keep working with further. I feel that the color palette worked especially well in creating a sense of luxury and performance, almost as if the can itself is performing in front of an audience. While I did encounter some challenges with the fluid simulation process, it became an important learning experience and is an area I am willing to continue improving with this project.
